Memo to Joe
If your research history, I believe you'll find that all of the turmoil in IndyCar racing began with a split in 1979. USAC tried to keep the series going, but without success.
Regretfully, even that would not have happened were it not for a plane crash that killed everybody in USAC who knew anything about racing, as well as the death of Tony Hulman.

Hoffe
Hey Hoffe, I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but I can see you don't follow the irl very much. The reason I say this is becasue the only champ car team not to show was newman haas lanigan. Will Power had the fastest quailifying time the first day and he drove champ last year. I won't hate forever just until the ex champ cars kick irl's all over the track and george takes all the credit for making it the best series ever.(after he destryed it in the first place).

No Joe, Hoffe is right.
You're right about one thing. NHL didn't show for the former Champ Car Test. It was decided that the current IRL teams would test earlier than the ex-champ car teams. This video was posted before the Champ Car test. Don't jump to conclusions so quickly. The unification will be great, for both former series.

INDYCAR Sebring Test
Joe,
This video was posted on the 18th. This is a video of the Test for the current IndyCar drivers. The former Champ Car Teams tested after this video was posted. Don't jump to conclusions so quickly. And don't call TG a spoiled little rIch kid. Do you know how much money he took out of his own pocket for this merger? If he truly was spoiled, he'd never have agreed to this.

Sebring open test
Like the way that none of the former champ car teams were interviewed. Its sad to say but I think the owner of this series is a spoiled little ruch kid that got his own way. Another example of the best quaility product getting the shaft. Champ Cars forever!
