    Takes time

Seems like Danica is maturing like I knew she always would. She had a great run. To be knocked about several times and to still keep her head, (and the car running) shows she's come a long way. It takes time, but she will be a top contender. BTW good vids Indycar.

    Well done.

It was a really exciting race. Had me on the edge of my seat from green to checkered.

This is maybe the most physical course this season. Infinion is also in the contest. For Danica to do this well on this very difficult and physically demanding course was a heck of an accomplishment. The focus and physical endurance it took to be running fast laps and pulling away from the field a little when she was leading at lap 69 was impressive.

All the drivers but TK (who makes the energizer bunny look like a dead battery) looked pretty exhausted during the post race interview. They were shifting position, trying to get kinks and sore spots worked out.

At the end of all that she gave a good interview.

    Well done Danica.

    Danica's first win

She is GOING 2 win the last race she is doing so well i think this was her race 2 win but she raced a clean and when she let Draio pass her without being told, i think that shows teamwork, and how unselfesh(sp?).She is such a good racer, with a good attitude, she does AWSOME interviews, she doesnt say stupid things she think her answers over before she says them.
GOOD LUCK,DANICA! Win a race 4 ur fans and 4 urself

Smart, fast, competent and well-spoken driver. Drove a good, smart race. I hope to see her driving for some time to come.

    Congrats Danica

Way to go Danica on finishing your career best 2nd at the Detroit Indy Grand Prix. Use that as your confidence builder as you come home to Illinois as you attempt to race in the Antifreeze Indy 300 at the Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet.
