How would a track builder obtain pricing and information on the safer barrier system, and does there have to be an existing concrete wall?

Great explanation of how the SAFER Barrier has improved the Racing Industry and in keeping drivers safe. After what we've seen with Paul Dana & Earnhart Sr., the SAFER Barrier will make it more difficult for these unfortunate crashes to cause injury or even fatalities. Our hearts are with the Dana Family and I hope the Racing community continues to protect the drivers as much as possible.
