 Dixon's Victory Continues To Make Headline News Scott Dixon received a record $2,998,065 for winning the 92nd Indianapolis 500 - along with being cast in Motorsports history. Dixon, the first New Zealander to win the 500-Mile Race, also received a congratulatory call from Prime Minister Helen Clark before joining fellow Kiwis for a luncheon and media stop May 27 at Langan's in Midtown Manhattan.
