Battistini Wins Thrilling Firestone Freedom 100

SWE Pole sitter Dillon Battistini held off a hard-charging Richard Antinucci to win the Firestone Freedom 100 today at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Antinucci was second, .2458 of a second behind. 2006 Firestone Freedom 100 winner Wade Cunningham was third, .5033 of second behind the winner in a thrilling race.
