Headline: Smoking ban in the stands?

Message: I have been attending the race every year since the late 80s. I think it is time for smoking to be banned in the stands! I love going to the race every year, but this year was one of the worst in terms of the number of smokers who were sitting near me. My eyes were burning by the end of the race. There were also a large number of kids sitting near me that were subjected to the same second-hand smoke.

Please IMS, BAN SMOKING IN THE STANDS!!!!
